Payment and service delivery

From order to start

Choose a package and platforms, paste the link to your app and sign in with Google or with the code we e-mail you. By pressing “Pay” you accept the terms and ask us to start work immediately (for vulnerability testing, also confirm the app owner’s permission separately). Pressing “Pay” opens WayForPay with the fixed price; the price of a created order holds for 24 hours. Once the payment is confirmed, we e-mail you the order confirmation and open your project chat: we post the test plan within one business day. Update testing is available after completed bug testing of the same app.

Price and payment methods

Bug testing — $299, “Bugs + vulnerabilities” — $499, vulnerability testing on its own — $349, update testing — $149, testing subscription — $399 per 30 days (prices per platform, vulnerability testing on its own per app; additional platforms and options at the prices in the public offer). Prices are in US dollars; cards of Ukrainian banks are charged the hryvnia equivalent at the exchange rate at the time of payment, shown on the payment page before you confirm; your bank may apply its own fee. VAT is not charged.

We accept bank cards through WayForPay hosted checkout, including Visa and Mastercard where available for your card. The provider displays available methods at checkout. Do not send card details in the chat or by e-mail. Any issuing-bank fee or currency conversion is determined by your bank; the Provider adds no unagreed charges.

Instalments by Ukrainian banks (monobank, PrivatBank, A-Bank, Globus Bank, OTP Bank) are offered on the Ukrainian checkout only; the bank sets the number of payments and the terms, and the instalment agreement is between you and the bank. Instalments are not available for the monthly subscription payment.

Packages and options are paid once. An automatic monthly charge applies only to the subscription and only if the Customer separately agreed to it in the project chat; it can be cancelled at any time with one button in the project details. A payment is confirmed once the payment provider reports its status, not merely when the browser returns to the website.

Timing and receiving results

The test plan arrives within one business day of payment. The report for bug testing, Bugs + vulnerabilities and vulnerability testing on its own arrives within five business days of the test plan (with the rush report, within 1–2 business days; if it is late, we refund the option’s price); update testing within two business days. Deadlines run from the moment access to the app is provided. Business days are Monday to Friday. The report is delivered in the project chat and/or as a PDF; the test plan and our team’s answers are in the project chat. Every bug comes with a screenshot, steps to reproduce and an AI prompt (prompts are auxiliary); the Customer or their developer fixes the code. Retest of fixes within 14 days of the report.

A subscription period lasts 30 days from payment (with a monthly payment, until the next charge date); tests are carried out one at a time. If access or an answer from you is needed, we let you know in the chat.

The service is remote. Reports and materials are delivered in the project chat; notifications go to the Customer’s e-mail. There are no physical goods, postal carriers or delivery charges. Payment confirmations and applicable payment documents are supplied electronically in accordance with requirements for the transaction.

Territory and scope

We serve customers in Ukraine and remotely in other countries where the service and payment are permitted by law and the payment provider. We do not provide services to persons from the aggressor state or from states and territories under sanctions of Ukraine, the EU, the UK or the US, or in respect of apps that serve such persons. No physical delivery or on-site visit is included.

The report documents the tested scope (the test plan), the bugs found and recommendations. Code implementation and guarantees of complete security, uninterrupted operation or app-store approval are not included in standard testing.
